Come join us for a presentation on ergonomics and proper posture from Isaac Tubbesing from Athletico. For more than 30 years, Athletico has been helping eliminate pain from people’s lives. Now, with many people working from home on their kitchen tables or getting back into the swing of working at an actual desk, ergonomics is often overlooked. Tubbesing will show us why proper posture is so important and correct your posture so you are working with perfect form.
Discovering Worksite Wellness meetings are to promote the benefit of having a well workforce by engaging members to develop practices & policies to keep their workforce and workplace healthy.
