Presenter: John Stollberg

Come join us for a presentation on proper stretching techniques and the importance of incorporating it throughout your workday. The presentation will be provided by John Stollberg from Tri-State Nursing Occupational Health and Therapy Services. Whether working from your desk or in a labor intensive job, workplace stretching helps reduce the risk of potential injury and promotes a healthy safe work environment. John will show us why proper stretching techniques and warm up exercises are so important and how it can help reduce injuries and increase employee productivity.

The purpose of these meetings is to promote the benefit of having a well workforce by engaging members to develop practices & policies to keep their workforce and workplace healthy.
