How do you get that daily workout in? Cardio, lifting weights, what do you need to do and when? Join us for the next Discovering Worksite Wellness and Cody Rininger from Thrive Fitness will share tips on getting your workout in, no matter where you are.
The purpose of the Discovering Workplace Wellness meetings is to promote the benefit of having a well workforce by engaging members to develop practices & policies to keep their workforce and workplace healthy.
