As the school year winds down, it’s time to relax, decompress, and get excited about summer!
At Healthy Kids Day, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits.

FREE to the Siouxland community!
Fun events & activities include:

This year’s theme:
YMCA’s across the country will be celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Healthy Kids Day.
To honor the special anniversary, we are highlighting 30 Years of Celebrating Healthy Kids at the Y.

Parents and participants may attend Healthy Kids Day in their favorite 90’s attire!
