Hospice affirms life. It exists to provide support and care for a person in the last phases of a life limiting illness so they may live as fully and comfortably as possible.

Your local Hospice of the Midwest liaison, Jill Madsen, will discuss the quality of hospice care and encourage you to start the conversation with your loved ones and be proactive.   

Lunch provided.  Deadline to sign up is March 3rd at 4p.m.
