On February 11, 2026, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Frelon Drive near C80 in Plymouth County, Iowa. The driver was identified as Luis Valenzuela, 38, of Sioux City, Iowa. Authorities determined that Valenzuela had a barred Iowa driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the Plymouth County Jail.
