The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office announced on March 10 that John Guthridge was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated first offense and child endangerment.

The arrest followed a complaint received by the sheriff’s office on March 6 regarding a Central Valley Ag truck allegedly driving recklessly on C12. According to the sheriff’s office, a deputy located the vehicle shortly after the report and identified Guthridge as the driver.

During the investigation, the deputy observed several signs of impairment in Guthridge. As a result, he was taken into custody and formally charged.

No further details about the incident or potential court proceedings were provided in the announcement.
