Rep. Randy Feenstra, who represents Iowa’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on his social media account addressing agricultural policy, national leadership, and economic indicators.
On February 12, 2026, Feenstra highlighted his commitment to defending the interests of hog farmers in Iowa and across the country. Later that day, Feenstra commemorated President Abraham Lincoln’s contributions to American history. In a post dated February 12, 2026, he stated: “Today we honor one of America’s greatest leaders. President Lincoln preserved the Union and led our country during one of the most challenging periods in American history. Many who visit the capital will see how his legacy continues to inspire generations, from the Lincoln https://t.co/WtbdpTZ7Iz”.
The following day on February 13, 2026, Feenstra commented on recent economic developments by referencing new inflation data: “Inflation has dropped to 2.4%, this is the lowest it’s been in five years! Thanks to @POTUS, inflation is being lowered, jobs are being created, and Americans are keeping more of what they earn.”
Randy Feenstra has served as U.S. Representative for Iowa’s 4th District since replacing Steve King in 2021. Before joining Congress, he was a member of the Iowa Senate from 2009 to 2021 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dordt University (FACTS FOR STEP 4). Born in Hull, Iowa in 1969 and currently residing there at age 54, Feenstra remains active in both local community affairs and national legislative debates.
