St. Luke’s College is pleased to announce the opening of their simulation center.
The St. Luke’s College Simulation Center will enhance the preparation of future health care providers and provide opportunities for continuing education for current health care providers. Health care is ever-evolving, so health care education must evolve as well. The simulation center will offer students hands-on experiences and opportunities to learn in a controlled, safe environment with a multidisciplinary team. This new addition to the college will open a multitude of encounters for students who then go on to provide positive impacts on future patients, families, and health care organizations.
They would like to extend gratitude and thanks to the Missouri River Historical District for awarding a grant to assist in the funding construction of the St. Luke’s College Simulation Center. As their mission states, they provide “high-quality health-system-based education to individuals who desire to become competent compassionate health care providers.”
