Seeking Community Input on Local Health Needs

0Comments

Over the next few months, Cherokee Regional Medical Center (CRMC) will be working with area providers to update the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). We are seeking input from community members regarding the healthcare needs in order to complete the 2022 CHNA.

VVV Consultants LLC, an independent research firm from Olathe, KS has been retained to conduct this countywide research. The goal of this assessment update is to understand progress in addressing community health needs cited in the both the 2016 and 2019 assessment reports, while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas.

A brief community survey has been developed in order to accomplish this work. The survey can be accessed here or by visiting the Cherokee Regional CHNA Webpage at or via the Cherokee Regional Facebook page. Anyone who is interested in providing this important feedback is invited to participate.

All community residents and business leaders are encouraged to complete the 2022 CHNA online survey by August 5th, 2022. In addition, please HOLD the date for the Town Hall meeting scheduled Thursday, August 25th, 2022 for dinner from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Please, stay on the lookout for more information to come soon. Thank you in advance for your time and support!
