Join the Library for FREE fun and opportunities for readers of all ages to win prizes during Summer Reading through July 31, 2023. Sioux City Public Library Summer Reading events and participation are FREE.

In addition to the thousands of amazing books and resources at the Library, kids and families can look forward to storytimes, family movie Fridays, Illusionist Keith West, puppet shows, a toddler dance party, LEGO events, and much more!

Adults can participate in the Adult Summer Reading program – where tracking what you read in the Beanstack Tracker App enters you for prizes!

Upcoming events:

Read-to-Me-Dogs on Tuesdays, 2pm at the Aalfs Downtown Library through June.

*Teen After-Hours: A Rock & Roll Mystery on Friday, June 23, 6:30-8:30pm at the Aalfs Downtown Library.

*Mindfulness for Teens on Monday, June 26, 2-3pm at the Aalfs Downtown Library.

*Event requires registration. Check out siouxcitylibrary.org/SummerReading to register and for even MORE Summer Reading events!
