The City of Sioux City Engineering Division announces panel patching on West 4th Street at Collins Street. During the panel patching work, traffic will be maintained through lane closures. This closure will begin the morning of Wednesday, July 12 and is anticipated to be complete the afternoon of Saturday, July 15. Motorists are advised to reduce speed, drive cautiously, and obey all traffic control signs with regards to this closure.
