Cherokee Regional Medical Center issued the following announcement on Mar. 18.
Beginning Wednesday, March 18th (and until further notice), all employees and visitors will be screened prior to entering CRMC or Cherokee Regional Clinic. We will be taking temperatures and asking various health- and travel-related questions upon arrival.
Reminder, if you have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath please call BEFORE visiting your health care provider. You may receive special instruction.
We appreciate everyone's understanding and assistance in this process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health and safety of our staff, patients and visitors is our top priority. Thank you!
