Cherokee Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 25.
Nominate your favorite yard (it must be a Cherokee, Iowa address) by one of the following:
*** emailing director@cherokeeiowachamber.com
*** calling the Chamber office at 225-6414 (Tuesday-Friday)
*** sending 'Cherokee IA Chamber of Commerce' a FB message
*** or using the hashtag #TheGoldenKee
Each month the Chamber Board of Directors will choose the 'Cherokee Chamber Yard of the Month' in August through December of 2020, the winner will receive $50 in Cherokee Chamber Bucks, a 'Yard of the Month' sign to show off in their beautiful yard for that month, and a Facebook LIVE tour of their yard!
