The Le Mars Municipal Band has one of the strongest traditions of all the community bands in the state of Iowa, having been performing public concerts for over 100 years. The band is made up of professional and amateur musicians from the city of Le Mars and surrounding communities.
The band presents 6 summer concerts during June and July at historical Foster Park. The concerts are free to the public courtesy of the City of Le Mars and friends and supporters of the band.
