Western Iowa Tech Community College issued the following announcement.
Western Iowa Tech Community College and IowaWORKS are hosting five industry-specific Career Fairs in October and November. The career fairs will take place at the WITCC Sioux City campus from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm (4647 Stone Ave. Sioux City, Parking lot 1 and 2, Entrance 1). Attendees will have the opportunity to explore employment opportunities from various Siouxland industries. Employers will be available to interview qualified applicants for open positions and provide information about their companies. Career Fairs are free and open to the public.
The Career Fairs will be held on the following dates:
October 13: Business and Finance; Culinary Arts and Hospitality; Education and Training
October 27: Art, Music, and Design; Computers and Information Technology; Mass Communication
November 10: Agriculture and Animal Science; Automotive and Transportation; Building Trades; Engineering, Manufacturing, and Robotics
November 17: Health Administration; Health Science
November 18: Police and Emergency Services; Law and Political Science
