City of Sioux City recently issued the following announcement on October 06.
The Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department wishes to inform the public Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling League will host a mountain bike race at Bacon Creek Park on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Park, including the paved trail and dog park, will remain open during the event and event volunteers will be available to assist park users during the event.
