City of Storm Lake recently issued the following announcement.
City Hall Building Closure
Due to a staff shortage related to the surge in COVID cases, effective Thursday, January 13, 2022, the Storm Lake City Hall will be closed for walk-in visits from the general public. Visits to City Hall, if necessary, can be arranged by appointment only by calling telephone number 712-732-8000.
Utility payments can be dropped in the box outside in the parking lot or in the box in the lobby.
We apologize for this disruption and inconvenience to our daily lives. The City will continue to monitor the direction received from Federal and State sources and act accordingly.
