Today, U.S. Representative Randy Feenstra of Hull expressed his congratulations to State Senator Chris Cournoyer on her new role as Lieutenant Governor of Iowa.

Feenstra stated, "I extend my congratulations to my friend — Chris Cournoyer — on her appointment as Lieutenant Governor of Iowa.
