Today, U.S. Representative Randy Feenstra expressed his support for the Protecting American Energy Production Act after it was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives. In a statement, Rep. Feenstra emphasized the importance of American energy production in enhancing energy security and independence.
Rep. Feenstra stated, "American energy production strengthens our energy security and independence." He further explained his reasons for supporting the act: "That’s why I voted for Rep. August Pfluger’s Protecting American Energy Production Act to support American energy, lower costs at the pump for our families, and protect American energy jobs."
He also mentioned former President Trump's leadership as a factor in prioritizing American energy dominance and reducing prices: "Under President Trump’s leadership, we will prioritize American energy dominance and bring down prices."
