U.S. Representative Randy Feenstra has cast his vote in favor of the Assisting Small Businesses Not Fraudsters Act, a bill that the U.S. House of Representatives passed unanimously. This legislation aims to prohibit individuals convicted of certain financial crimes from receiving assistance from the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Rep. Feenstra expressed his support for the act, stating, "I voted for the Assisting Small Businesses Not Fraudsters Act to send a clear message that we will not tolerate criminals who take advantage of the American taxpayer. Individuals who have defrauded the government and been convicted of financial crimes should not receive a penny of assistance from the Small Business Administration."

He further emphasized his commitment to supporting small businesses and rural main streets since his election to Congress. "Since I was first elected to Congress, I promised that I would stand up for our small businesses and rural main streets, and my vote for this legislation upholds that commitment. I will not tolerate criminals, fraudsters, and crooks who rob American taxpayers," Rep. Feenstra added.
