"The air disaster at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport that claimed the lives of 67 people, including children, was a tragedy beyond comprehension," he stated. He emphasized that "our entire nation continues to mourn this unthinkable loss of life and joins the family, friends, and loved ones of the victims in honoring their lives and memories." Rep. Feenstra further expressed his sympathies by saying, "I, once again, extend my deepest condolences to those who lost cherished friends and family members and continue to endure unimaginable pain and heartache."
