U.S. Representative Randy Feenstra recently completed a series of visits across Iowa's 4th Congressional District, covering 12 counties over three days. The trip is part of his commitment to visit each of the district's 36 counties at least twice a year.

During this tour, Feenstra made stops at various locations, including Maintainer Corporation in Sheldon, and engaged with local businesses in Spencer who were affected by summer floods. He assessed storm damage in Storm Lake, visited the Britt Area Food Bank, and checked on housing developments in Fonda. Additionally, he spoke at the Boone County Economic Development breakfast and toured facilities such as Mid-States Millwright and Builders in Nevada, Omnium Manufacturing in Hampton, and Silgan Containers in Fort Dodge. Other stops included meetings with a State Farm Insurance agent in Eagle Grove, and tours of ARKO Labs in Jewell and Best Veterinary Solutions in Ellsworth.

Feenstra, who serves on the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Agriculture Committee, stated, "Since I was first elected to Congress, I pledged that I would travel to all 36 counties in our district at least twice each year. This week, I upheld that promise by meeting with Iowans in 12 different counties.” He emphasized his ongoing commitment to advocating for the community: "Serving on the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Agriculture Committee, I will continue to be a strong voice for our families, farmers, businesses, and rural communities.”
