On Sunday, March 16, former Woodbury Central High School standout Addison McElrath’s current college team, the Northern Iowa Panthers, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 5 p.m. at Flames Field against UIC Flames.
