Randy Feenstra, a U.S. Congressman representing Iowa's 4th district since 2021, shared his views on recent legislative developments and trade policies through a series of tweets. A member of Congress who replaced Steve King, Feenstra has also served in the Iowa Senate from 2009 to 2021.
On June 18, 2025, Feenstra tweeted about President Trump's "One, Big, Beautiful Bill," highlighting its support for American energy dominance. According to him, this initiative is aimed at lowering energy costs under President Trump's administration.
Later on the same day, he addressed trade issues with China. In his tweet posted on June 18, he asserted that "China doesn’t play by the rules — never has and never will." He mentioned collaborating with President Trump’s trade strategy and emphasized his own efforts to ban China from purchasing American farmland as part of a strong stance against China's practices.
On June 19, Feenstra highlighted an article featured in Rock Valley Bee regarding the benefits of President Trump's bill for Iowa families. He described it as delivering "the LARGEST TAX CUT for working and middle class families in American history."
