Rep. Randy Feenstra, U.S. Congressman representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, shared updates on recent political and community events through a series of posts on his official Twitter account.

On July 15, 2025, Feenstra praised former President Donald Trump’s new trade agreement with Indonesia, stating: "President Trump has done it again. This trade agreement with Indonesia delivers for American farmers and grows our rural economy. Under the Trump administration, our farmers, workers, and businesses will no longer be taken advantage of or treated unfairly!"

The following day, Feenstra highlighted the efforts of Imagine the Possibilities to support Iowans with disabilities: "Today, our District Director — Emily — met with representatives and employees from Imagine the Possibilies to discuss their work to support Iowans with disabilities and help them lead fulfilling lives. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect." This meeting underscored ongoing local initiatives focused on inclusion and assistance for people living with disabilities.

In another post dated July 16, 2025, Feenstra reported on his Ag & Manufacturing Liaison’s participation at a county fair event: "Yesterday, our Ag & Manufacturing Liaison — Wes — attended the 4H BBQ at the Osceola County Fair in Sibley. County fairs are all about 4H, FFA, ISU Extension, and showing livestock. These incredible Iowa traditions make our state a great place to live!"

Feenstra has served in Congress since replacing Steve King in 2021 after previously serving in the Iowa Senate from 2009 to 2021. Born in Hull in 1969 and currently residing there at age 54, he graduated from Dordt University in 1991.
