There were 756 students enrolled in Alta-Aurelia Comm School District schools in the 2023-24 school year, 4.2% less than the previous year, according to the Iowa Department of Education.

Of all students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 50.7% were boys, and 49.3% were girls.
