Randy Feenstra, U.S. Congressman representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, has recently highlighted state pride and legislative updates in a series of posts on his social media account.
On July 17, 2025, Feenstra encouraged public participation in a statewide contest by stating, "There's no greater fair than the Iowa State Fair! Click the link below and be sure to vote for the Iowa State Fair as the best state fair for 2025!"
Later that same day, he addressed tax policy changes affecting families: "The 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill' delivers a permanent child tax credit of $2,200 tied to inflation. That’s real tax relief for working families and parents."
On July 18, Feenstra discussed recent developments benefiting community banks and agriculture: "I’m glad that our Ag & Manufacturing Liaison — Wes — could attend the Community Bankers of Iowa convention in Arnolds Park. President Trump’s 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill' includes a great provision from my #ACRE Act that will help our community banks offer ag loans at lower rates!"
Feenstra replaced former Congressman Steve King in 2021 after serving over a decade in the Iowa Senate. He was born in Hull, Iowa in 1969 and continues to reside there. The congressman graduated from Dordt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991.
