Rep. Randy Feenstra, U.S. Congressman representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, recently shared several updates on his official social media account, addressing topics ranging from rural safety to national legislation.

On July 19, 2025, Feenstra urged caution in agricultural areas with the post: "Please be sure to stop at corn corners and check your surroundings before proceeding. Let’s all do our part to keep our farmers and rural communities safe!"

Days later, on July 21, 2025, he highlighted his participation in a White House event marking the enactment of new drug legislation: "Last Wednesday, I had the privilege of being at the White House when President Trump signed the HALT Fentanyl Act into law. This law will help law enforcement confiscate fentanyl, combat the drug cartels, and save innocent lives from a tragic overdose."

Later that same day, Feenstra commented on recent tax policy: "President Trump's 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill' delivers the largest tax cut for families, farmers, workers, seniors, and small businesses in American history."

Feenstra has served in Congress since replacing Steve King in 2021 and previously represented his region in the Iowa Senate from 2009 to 2021. Born in Hull, Iowa in 1969 and an alumnus of Dordt University (BA ‘91), Feenstra continues to reside in Hull while serving his district.
