Randy Feenstra, U.S. Congressman representing Iowa’s 4th district since 2021, highlighted recent legislative efforts and community engagement in a series of posts on his social media account.

On August 7, 2025, Feenstra posted about new federal legislation introduced by former President Trump: "President Trump's 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill' eliminates taxes on overtime for workers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and so many other professionals who work around the clock."

Later that evening, he acknowledged agricultural producers in his district. In a post from August 7, he wrote: "Tonight, our Regional Director — Wes — is at the Buena Vista County Annual Farm Bureau Member Appreciation Dinner in Storm Lake. I appreciate everything that our farmers and producers do to feed and fuel our country and the world!"

Continuing his commentary on federal policy the following day, Feenstra praised another aspect of the proposed legislation: "President Trump’s 'One, Big, Beautiful Bill' restores American manufacturing dominance. It incentivizes manufacturers to bring jobs back to the United States & build new factories here at home. This law will dramatically grow our economy and create jobs."

Randy Feenstra has served in Congress since replacing Steve King in 2021. Before joining Congress, he represented Iowa’s 2nd District in the state Senate from 2009 to 2021. Born in Hull, Iowa in 1969 and an alumnus of Dordt University (class of 1991), Feenstra continues to reside in Hull while representing his district at the federal level.
